Our Story
The Fox’s tale began in 2013 with a leap of faith – a one-way ticket from Perugia to London. Our founder Rachel, armed with culinary passion and a suitcase of dreams, immersed herself in Britain’s rich food culture.
Years in the UK not only honed Rachel’s skills but also deepened her love for British cuisine. Leicester, where her first child was born, held a special place in her heart. Its symbol, the fox, became our namesake – a tribute to her second home.
Returning to Italy, Rachel was inspired to share her culinary journey. Thus, The Fox was born – a food truck bridging two cultures through food. Each dish we serve, from hearty jacket potatoes to classic Full English breakfasts, carries a piece of Rachel’s British adventure.
